These are some of the things I have designed and made for Taco Bike, a vegetarian food bike I Kickstarted with my girlfriend in 2014. Taco Bike is the South's first USDA-certified organic restaurant, despite the fact that it is a bike. I designed and built the trailer using clear acrylic plexiglass, reflective vinyl lettering, and aluminum angle bars on top of a pre-welded steel chassis. I also designed the logo, menus, food labels, bags, chalkboard sandwich sign, T-shirts, and website. I screen printed the T-shirts myself, and I hand-stamped the recycled paper bags. The labels and aluminum foil are also recycled. Taco Bike is carbon-neutral, participates in 1% for the Planet, sources produce locally, and only uses certified-humane dairy and eggs. Taco Bike was a Kickstarter Staff Pick, and it has received a lot of other press, including features on the Nashville Business Journal front page, the American Humane Association's website, two TV news stations, and a number of food sites.
